NCRS Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital (BCH), one of the pioneer Cancer Hospitals in Nepal, is a 110-bedded national level cancer hospital that provides chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and palliative care services. NCRS-BCH, a well established model of Public-Private Partnership, is supported by Nepal Government, Rotary International and Local Community People of Bhaktapur.
We are looking for energetic and trustworthy candidates for the following position:
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - 1
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Masters Degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a chief executive officer or as a senior level executive. Prior experience in a hospital is an advantage. 
  • Committed to results, business savvy, leading change and motivating.
  • Team oriented and team building, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to interact, motivate, manage and lead a team with a high level of professionalism.
  • Candidate's age must be 35 years or above
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Have an understanding of the changing healthcare environment and the challenges associated with the delivery of healthcare services. 
  • Ensure the delivery of compassionate and high quality patient care, assess programs and operations, achieve financial targets and actively seek financial revenue enhancement and/or cost reductions.
  • Play key role in financial management.
